We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000-$180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

**Your Role:**

You will be responsible for utilizing your experience with multiple programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, Matlab) and familiarity with Agile software development principles to support multiple Flights and be on-site at the National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC).

**Responsibilities:**

  • Plan, oversee, and foster a portfolio of projects supporting Modeling and Simulation.
  • Collaborate and work across internal and external teams to develop concepts that advance the entire project.
  • Communicate highly technical problems and solutions at all levels, from engineers to C-level-equivalent leaders.
  • Explore and understand AI/ML developments and emerging AI-related technologies to understand how the project should adapt and grow over time.

**Qualifications:**

  • 3-7 years' of experience as a Software Engineer with experience with multiple programming languages and familiarity with Agile software development principles.
  • Professional or academic experience with the desired programming languages.
