Pace Life Sciences is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Specialist to join our Scientific Insourcing Services team. This role will play a crucial part in supporting global regulatory compliance for international companies, working closely with Product Stewardship groups and country subsidiaries.

About the Role

As a Regulatory Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing customer products to ensure compliance with global chemical regulations. You will work with vendors to gather data, implement programs and processes to support country companies, and facilitate raw material analytical testing.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in chemistry or a related science, excellent problem-solving skills, and experience with chemical databases.

In this role, you will have the chance to make a real impact on the company's mission to advance the science of pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze customer products to ensure compliance with global chemical regulations
  • Work with vendors to gather data and information
  • Implement programs and processes to support country companies
  • Facilitate raw material analytical testing
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, or related science (Toxicology, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science)
  • Minimum of two years of chemistry coursework; college chemistry through organic chemistry preferred
  • Basic understanding of product EHS issues
  • One year of experience in EHS preferred
  • Experience with chemical databases preferred
