Daily Responsibilities as a Service Writer: Empathy is essential in this position. You will build strong relationships with customers by effectively managing service delivery. Clear and consistent communication is vital as you act as the intermediary between customers and their ideal RV. Collaboration with the parts department and technicians is necessary to accurately convey service needs and timelines to customers, while also ensuring the warranty department has the required information for manufacturers. Ultimately, you will serve as the quality control point of contact for our customers. Great American RV provides all necessary tools and resources, along with benefits such as paid time off, a 401K plan, and health, dental, and vision insurance.

Qualifications for the Service Writer Role:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 1-2 years of experience in service writing within the automotive or RV industry is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Proficient in using computers, the internet, and email.
  • Strong personal and interpersonal communication skills are essential.
  • Professional demeanor, punctuality, and the ability to work weekends and holidays when necessary.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation: Starting at $41,600 Annually
