Collaborating agencies include the Department of Consumer Affairs, Employment Development Department, and Department of Industrial Relations.
Additional responsibilities encompass status determinations to verify that business entities accurately report their workforce, wages, and employment tax obligations while adhering to California's tax laws and EDD's policies. You will also provide guidance to employers regarding the application of the CUIC.
