Responsibilities:

* Review and analyze payroll records to ensure compliance with labor contracts
* Complete data entry and document errors/omissions using proprietary audit software
* Write weekly status updates for each audit performed
* Effectively communicate with clients and summarize audit results
* Contribute to the overall team effort by meeting production standards (measured by KPI)

Requirements:

* Associate degree with relevant work experience
* Organized and able to juggle and prioritize workloads
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Proficient in Word and Excel (VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables)
* Willing to travel and have an excellent driving record
