Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Educational Support Specialist to join our team at ProCare Therapy.

Estimated Salary Range:

$40,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

Assisting Students with Academic Tasks:

  • Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with academic tasks, including reading, writing, math, and other subjects as needed.
  • Assist students in accessing and participating in classroom activities and lessons.

Implementing Behavior Management Techniques:

  • Implement behavior management techniques and support students in developing appropriate social skills and behaviors.
  • Monitor student progress and communicate observations to the supervising teacher or team members.
Requirements

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1+ years of experience in paraprofessional or special education settings.
  • An Associate's degree or higher, or 60 credit hours from an accredited institution.
  • A valid background check and drug screen.
