Ideal Candidate Profile
  • A proactive leader eager to cultivate an exceptional medical team.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a veterinarian.
  • Outstanding interpersonal abilities, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid medical judgment and a commitment to ethical practices.
As Medical Director, you will have the support and resources to excel in your role. This includes access to a Medical Initiatives Committee and the Thrive Certified Leader Curriculum to enhance your leadership skills.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM / VMD) or equivalent degree required.
  • State Veterinary Board License in good standing for the relevant state.
  • Active DEA license or eligibility for DEA licensure.
