Rolling Hills Healthcare Center is currently recruiting a skilled professional to fill the role of RN MDS Nurse / Resident Assessment Coordinator (RAC). In this position, you will work closely with the Executive Director to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and provide high-quality care to residents.

Job Summary:

This full-time day shift position offers a salary range of $73,500 - $93,000 per year, depending on experience. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. A valid RN license in the state employed and three years of experience in a long-term care environment are preferred qualifications.

Responsibilities:

  • Accurate and timely completion of MDS assessments and coordination of the RAI process
  • Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care oversight to ensure reimbursement
  • Compliance with federal and state regulations and CommuniCare's guidelines and policies
