Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dishroom Attendant. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in our dishroom and kitchen areas.

Essential Job Functions
  • Maintain a clean and organized dishroom, including washing and sanitizing dishes, utensils, and equipment.
  • Ensure all kitchen areas, including the dock and back areas, are clean and free of clutter.
  • Break down and set up dish machines, and wash and store all clean china, glassware, and silverware.
  • Empty trash cans and wash them thoroughly.
  • Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English.
  • Self-starting personality with a positive attitude and a willingness to work as part of a team.
  • Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
