Job Summary

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized EDI Analyst to join our team at Spring Systems. As an EDI Analyst, you will be responsible for processing and managing EDI transactions, communicating with vendors, and ensuring seamless order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and manage EDI transactions, including printing and shipping labels, and invoicing transactions.
  • Communicate with vendors via phone and email to resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Prepare and run reports to match sent transactions with appropriate acknowledgements.
  • Maintain trading partner address tables in Excel and SQL database.
  • Monitor and respond to email requests and alerts.
  • Answer phones and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including the ability to use formulas to work with large amounts of data.
  • Attention to detail and ability to read, comprehend, and follow detailed instructions.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work on a computer for extended periods and with limited supervision.
