About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled EDI Analyst to join our team at Spring Systems. As an EDI Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our customers with their EDI needs, ensuring seamless transaction processing and data exchange.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients via phone and email.
  • Prepare, run, and ship client print jobs, including shipping labels, packing slips, and other shipping documents.
  • Support client requests for transaction processing, including data entry and configuration of shipping and invoicing transactions.
  • Assign new UPC codes and load them to online catalogs.
  • Execute reports to match sent transactions with appropriate acknowledgements.
  • Maintain trading partner address tables in Excel and SQL database.
  • Monitor and respond to email requests and alerts.
  • Answer phones and provide timely responses to customer inquiries.
Requirements
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, with the ability to use formulas to work with large amounts of data.
  • Attention to detail and ability to read, comprehend, and follow detailed instructions.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work on a computer for extended periods and with limited supervision.
