Job Requirements
- Punctuality and timeliness in arrival times are essential for maintaining a smooth and efficient class schedule.
- Coaches must be able to maintain high energy levels and engagement throughout multiple back-to-back class sessions, ensuring students receive accurate and knowledgeable feedback.
- Assessing student skill levels and providing accurate information to parents regarding student behavior, progress, and any injuries is crucial.
- Coaches must pay attention to details when giving corrections to students and manage time effectively to complete tasks within designated timeframes.
- Effective communication with parents and students is vital, requiring coaches to be comfortable speaking in a professional and enthusiastic manner.
- Coaches are required to work a maximum of 12 class hours per calendar week, with opportunities to pick up additional shifts for camps and birthday parties on Saturdays and some Sundays.
- One Saturday party shift per calendar month is also required.
- Competitive hourly pay is offered based on experience.
