Job Title: Referral Physician Liaison

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Referral Physician Liaison. This role will serve as a business development resource for our physicians, providing education and support to referring physicians and their staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with referring physicians and their staff to increase patient referrals.
  • Provide education and training to referring physicians on our fertility services and programs.
  • Coordinate activities with referring physicians to increase new patient volume.
  • Track and analyze referral data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and distribute weekly/monthly reports on referral activities and progress.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Spanish is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Work Environment:

This position will require sitting, standing, driving, and lifting up to 40 lbs.
