Job Summary

The Customer Service Representative will work closely with our sales team and serve as the hub for production activity and customer experience. This role will work with sales, customer, and production to generate production orders and service clients. Strong communication, memory, and follow-up skills are required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gain a thorough understanding of GBS and PrinTech business
  • Develop a thorough understanding of GBS products and services
  • Complete extensive training in Project Management, Sourcing, ERP, Customer Service, and Account Administration
  • Work with assigned sales professional/Account Manager on developing additional revenue opportunities
  • Participate in daily/weekly team huddle sessions
  • Obtain and communicate accurate specifications from customers to suppliers
  • Assist with managing and maintaining customer activity
  • Troubleshoot and deploy resolutions for customer inquiries
  • Work with sales or management on sales activities with prospective GBS customers
  • Maintain client product files and perform data entry
  • Perform procurement and inventory management duties
  • Ability to provide and review client reports

  • Ability to multi-task, maintain organization, and accurately prioritize
  • Thrives in a collaborative and dynamic team environment
  • Effective use of computer applications
  • Passion for helping others and possessing good written, interpersonal, and oral communication skills

Education and Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service position within a sales organization
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in the Printing Industry preferred but not required
