About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable Security Officer to join our team at Securitas Inc. in Billings, MT. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and their guests while maintaining a safe and secure environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure the safety and security of clients and their assets.
  • Monitor and respond to security alarms and incidents in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and their guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other security personnel to ensure a safe and secure environment.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest security protocols and procedures.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Standard computer and technology skills required.
  • Must be reliable, accountable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.
  • Must have a strong grasp of appropriate and professional verbal and written communication.
  • Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills a plus.
  • Customer service background preferred.
  • Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner.
  • Must be able to conduct patrols throughout shift.
  • Must have great attention to detail.
  • Must be comfortable conducting access control duties.
