Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of membership services staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business objectives.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive membership sales and retention.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve business objectives.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to inform business decisions and drive growth.
• Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

• Proven experience in membership services or a related field.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
