We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Studio Coach to join our team at Gold's Gym. As a Studio Coach, you will be responsible for leading group fitness classes, developing and implementing exercise programs, and providing exceptional customer service to our members.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead group fitness classes, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for all participants
- Develop and implement exercise programs, taking into account the needs and goals of our members
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to member inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve business objectives and improve member satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve our programs and services
- 2+ years of experience in group fitness instruction or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups
- Ability to lead classes and develop programs that cater to a wide range of fitness levels and goals
- Knowledge of exercise science and anatomy, with the ability to design safe and effective workouts
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
