Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

Job Summary:

We are looking for a compassionate and patient-centered LPN to provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians. As a member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of our patients while adhering to professional standards and protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct nursing care and assist with patient assessments, medication administration, and treatment planning.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate care and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
  • Respond to medical emergencies promptly and maintain accurate medical records.
  • Stay current with best practices and maintain a strong commitment to patient-centered care.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as an LPN (preferred but not required).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
  • Proficient in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
