We are in search of a dedicated, data-oriented Senior Analyst to collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance our human resources processes and initiatives. As a vital member of our People Analytics team, your responsibilities will include gathering, analyzing, and interpreting workforce data to deliver actionable insights and recommendations that support informed decision-making for nVent's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advancing the People Analytics strategy by utilizing data to build, enhance, and influence organizational practices.
  • Partnering with HR, executive leadership, and cross-functional teams to transform business challenges into precise analyses and insights.
  • Generating insights that lead to impactful organizational, functional, and business actions.
  • Creating and presenting analytical outputs, such as reports for the Board of Directors and People and Culture Scorecards.
  • Designing and automating analytical processes to provide compelling insights at scale.
  • Overseeing monthly and quarterly reporting processes and managing ad hoc requests from stakeholders.
  • Supporting training and educational initiatives within the HR community to foster a data-driven culture.
  • Staying informed about emerging trends and technologies in the People Analytics domain.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of analytical experience, ideally within Human Resources or People Reporting.
  • At least 2 years of experience with Tableau and/or skills in dashboard creation and data visualization.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proficient in HRIS systems, preferably Workday.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas, V Lookups, and Pivot Tables.
  • A passion for storytelling through data.
  • Strong strategic problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration, influence, and clear communication of comprehensive analyses.
