We are seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Professional to join our Pulmonary Clinic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive care to patients with pulmonary conditions, including lung nodules. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a caseload of patients with pulmonary conditions, including lung nodules
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized plans of care
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including imaging studies and laboratory tests
- Collaborate with medical specialty teams to develop comprehensive plans of care
- Provide education to patients and families on pulmonary health and disease management
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes
- Master's degree in Nursing or related field
- Current certification as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA)
- Experience working in a pulmonary clinic or similar setting
- Strong clinical skills and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
- Experience working with patients with lung nodules or other pulmonary conditions
- Knowledge of pulmonary health and disease management
- Experience with quality improvement initiatives
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced pulmonary clinic environment, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team-based environment and provide excellent patient care.
