Key Responsibilities
  • Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, setting the tone for a positive dining experience.
  • Accurately process guest orders and payments using our point-of-sale system, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Provide knowledgeable assistance with menu items, ingredients, and potential allergens, ensuring guests feel informed and confident in their choices.
  • Assist guests with questions or special requests, ensuring all dietary needs and preferences are met.
  • Maintain a clean and organized cashier counter and surrounding area, adhering to high standards of food safety and hygiene.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and service teams to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders, ensuring seamless service.
  • Address and resolve guest concerns or issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive outcome.
  • Balance the cash register at the end of each shift, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded.
Requirements
  • Meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages.
  • Participate in NC ABC training.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
  • Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
  • Confident with technology and point of sales systems.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in the role.
