Quality Assurance Technician - Rigging

Overview

Entertainment Technology Partners LLC is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Technician - Rigging to join our team. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, quality, and efficiency of rigging equipment within our warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough visual inspections of rigging hardware to identify any signs of wear, damage, or defects.
  • Perform load testing to verify the integrity and strength of rigging equipment.
  • Implement and maintain quality assurance procedures to uphold the highest standards of rigging equipment.
  • Develop inspection checklists, documentation protocols, and record-keeping systems to track equipment status and maintenance history accurately.
  • Provide training and guidance to warehouse staff on proper rigging equipment handling, inspection techniques, and safety protocols.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement within the rigging quality assurance workflow.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols, procedures, and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations (e.g., ASME, OSHA).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to lift and move equipment as needed.
