About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to lead our Payer-Facing Capabilities team at InvoiceCloud. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the strategy, roadmap, and execution of our initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gain a deep understanding of InvoiceCloud's SaaS products, including verticals served, payment methods, and user flows.
  • Review and analyze our current backlog and roadmap, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including customers, prospects, and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with our UX and Marketing teams to improve our Payer user personas and drive customer adoption.
  • Work with our R&D team to build a complete product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and value creation.
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities to improve overall satisfaction and key metrics, working with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
  • Gain a holistic understanding of the payments market, identifying disruptive opportunities in payments experience.
Requirements
  • Minimum of a BA/BS, preferably in computer science, engineering, or other quantitatively oriented fields.
  • 2+ years of SaaS product management experience with product owner responsibilities.
  • Experience publishing APIs with a development team and comfortable talking with customers and implementation teams about their use.
  • Demonstrated owner's mentality for their product area, with a passion for the product and space they lead.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with demonstrated experience in customer and competitive research.
  • Exceptionally clear and precise communication skills, able to effectively communicate strategic vision and specific details to customers and internal stakeholders.
