We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HIPP Enrollment Coordinator to join our team at a local Lubbock hospital. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for enrolling eligible hospital patients into the Third Party Health Insurance Premium Payment Program (HIPP).

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with patients, hospital personnel, and other stakeholders.
  • Create a positive patient relationship and serve as the onsite contact for our organization.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Nursing, Education, or Psychology preferred.
  • Five years of internal patient-related, hospital experience.
  • Ability to speak English and Spanish, with fluency in Spanish a plus.
  • Must pass hospital credentialing, including vaccines and drug testing.
