About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HIPP Enrollment Coordinator to join our team at a local Lubbock hospital. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for enrolling eligible patients into the Third Party Health Insurance Premium Payment Program (HIPP).

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with patients, hospital personnel, and other stakeholders.
  • Create a positive patient experience and serve as the onsite contact for our organization.
  • Collaborate with patients and families to clearly present program requirements and facilitate enrollment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Nursing, Education, or Psychology preferred.
  • Five years of internal patient-related, hospital experience preferred.
  • Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and excellent communication skills.
  • Demonstrated history of success in sales and healthcare.
  • Ability to speak English and Spanish preferred.
  • Ability to work onsite most days and adapt to a variable schedule.
  • Must pass hospital credentialing, including vaccines and drug testing.
