About the Role

At Honest Abe Roofing Corporate, we are seeking a skilled Social Media Manager to spearhead our online presence and engage with our audience in innovative ways. As a key player in our marketing department, you will have the opportunity to shape our brand's digital footprint and drive brand visibility across all platforms.



Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Strategy & Management

We are looking for someone to develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand engagement and visibility across all platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more. The ideal candidate will create and schedule engaging content tailored to each platform and audience, including text, images, and videos.


2. Campaign Development & Execution

We need a creative and organized individual to plan and execute multi-location social media campaigns to promote local events, specials, and services. The successful candidate will utilize Cloud Campaign tools to create and manage automated social media campaigns, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.


3. Analytics & Reporting

The ideal candidate will utilize social media analytics tools to track performance metrics and generate regular reports on engagement, reach, and ROI. They will analyze data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for improving social media strategies and campaign effectiveness.


4. Brand Consistency & Creative Content

We are seeking someone to ensure that all social media content aligns with the Honest Abe Roofing brand voice and messaging. The successful candidate will develop creative content ideas and strategies to keep the brand fresh and engaging.


5. Collaboration & Coordination

The ideal candidate will work closely with franchise owners and marketing teams to understand local market needs and tailor content and campaigns accordingly. They will coordinate with graphic designers, content creators, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive and high-quality content production.


6. Trend Monitoring & Innovation

We need someone to stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. The successful candidate will recommend and implement new social media strategies and tools to keep Honest Abe Roofing at the forefront of digital marketing.



Qualifications
1. Experience

  • Proven experience managing social media platforms for a multi-location business or franchise.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing social media campaigns that drive engagement and lead generation.
  • Experience with social media tools.

2. Skills

  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms, best practices, and trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.

3. Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

4. Personal Attributes

  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Collaborative team player who can also work independently.
