About the Job


We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping and Hospitality Specialist to join our team at Clarion Suites Anchorage Downtown. As a key member of our housekeeping staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality in our hotel.


Job Summary:


This role is responsible for cleaning and restocking guest rooms, as well as ensuring that all public areas of the hotel are clean and tidy. You will work closely with other members of our team to provide exceptional service to our guests and ensure that their stay with us is comfortable and enjoyable.


Responsibilities:



  • Clean and restock guest rooms, including changing linens and replenishing amenities
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness in all public areas of the hotel
  • Work closely with other members of our team to provide exceptional service to our guests
  • Perform deep cleaning tasks as required, including changing air filters and touching up paint
  • Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and efficient work environment

Requirements:


To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong attention to detail and be able to work independently as part of a team. You should also have excellent communication skills and be able to provide exceptional customer service.


Qualifications:



  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting preferred
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
