As the Operations Manager for Sterile Processing at Compass Group, you will take charge of all operations within the sterile processing unit. Your role will involve managing workflows, training personnel, and guaranteeing the highest standards of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage all functions related to sterile processing
  • Understand and apply relevant policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Supervise the requisition, labeling, and distribution of medical equipment
  • Coordinate the sterilization, assembly, and storage processes for medical supplies
  • Ensure adherence to sterilization protocols by staff

Preferred Qualifications:
