Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and analyze project plans, specifications, and requirements.
  • Lead a team in developing comprehensive estimates for large-scale, multi-disciplinary projects.
  • Calculate labor and equipment costs accurately.
  • Conduct precise quantity takeoffs and assess material pricing.
  • Understand and manage project logistics and timelines.
  • Review all bid documents and identify potential project risks.
  • Collaborate with the project team to review quotes and estimates.
