Are you a seasoned ecommerce leader with a passion for data-driven insights and digital innovation? As a Senior Ecommerce Manager at Uline, you will shape our ecommerce strategy, inspire a high-performing team, and create a legendary online experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive ecommerce vision and strategy to drive business growth and customer engagement.

• Lead a team of ecommerce professionals to achieve departmental goals and objectives.

• Use advanced analytics and critical thinking to solve complex problems and present data-backed insights.

• Conduct market research to uncover trends and customer pain points, and develop innovative, customer-centric solutions.

• Build strong relationships across the organization to ensure quality execution and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in ecommerce, business analysis, and/or product management, with a focus on B2B experience.

• 5+ years of experience in leading, coaching, and developing a team.
