Job Title

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company goals, managing a team of sales account managers, and building strong relationships with key customers. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching and guidance to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to succeed.
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY CUSTOMERS THROUGH EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION, PROACTIVE ISSUE RESOLUTION, AND EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing customer relationships and develop new business leads.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform strategic decisions and optimize sales performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing, or related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the plastic pipe industry.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
