Key Responsibilities- Supervise and participate in biohazard remediation projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing tailored scopes of work and obtaining sign-off to initiate projects.
- Lead on-site customer interactions, demonstrating empathy and professionalism while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Estimate, recommend, and advise on project scopes, manage cleanups, and handle necessary paperwork.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve project goals, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in biohazard remediation, construction, demolition, restoration, or a related field.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, preferably in a technical or field service environment.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and handle physically demanding tasks.
- Valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
- IICRC S540 certification or equivalent in biohazard remediation.
- XActimate experience.
- Proven experience in leading teams in restoration, mitigation, remediation, or construction.
- Customer service experience and military personnel are highly valued.
