**Job Overview**

We are seeking an Academic Leadership Position at Minnesota State University to join our esteemed honors program team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading academic initiatives, collaborating with faculty and staff, and promoting student success. As the Director of Honors Programs, you will be responsible for developing and implementing honors programs that align with university goals and objectives, leading a team of faculty and staff, and advising and mentoring honors students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement honors program strategies that align with university goals and objectives
  • Lead a team of faculty and staff to design and deliver high-quality honors courses and programs
  • Collaborate with departments and colleges to promote cross-disciplinary collaborations and research opportunities
  • Advise and mentor honors students to support their academic and personal growth
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure effective program delivery

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in higher education administration or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in higher education administration, preferably in honors programs
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion

Estimated Salary:** $64,000 - $82,000 per year
