Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Visual Merchandising Specialist to join our team at SAS Retail Services. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing category presentation and visual displays to enhance the shopping experience for our clients.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. As a member of our team, you will have access to comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain project schedules by monitoring progress, coordinating activities, and resolving issues to meet deadlines.
  • Support retailers and clients in planogram development throughout the category review process or client initiatives.
  • Communicate business opportunities and recommend action plans with clients, customers, and Business Development Managers.
  • Analyze and interpret data to optimize assortment and shelving information, aligning with client goals and company objectives.
  • Provide planogram information to clients, customers, and Business Development Managers using syndicated and customer-specific data sources.
  • Complete product resets as required.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • 2-4 years of experience in merchandising and planogram development.
  • Working knowledge of syndicated data and applications.
  • Basic understanding of category management principles.
  • Excellent customer service orientation and ability to ensure high-quality results.
