Job Title: Registered Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Liberty Senior Living. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality nursing care to our residents.

Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for:

  • Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and documenting patient information.
  • Leading and guiding nursing assistants and orderlies to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
  • Assisting physicians with rounds and physical examinations as needed.
  • Maintaining infection control measures and adhering to all regulations related to cleanliness and safety.
  • Assisting with research related to quality of care and participating in in-service training and staff meetings.
Requirements:

To be successful as a Registered Nurse at Liberty Senior Living, you will need:

  • A current, valid license from the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
  • Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Ability to supervise nursing assistants and ensure work assignments are completed appropriately and timely.
  • Dependability, flexibility, and the ability to work well with all nursing personnel and other departments.
  • CPR certification and ability to make decisions regarding nursing problems.
