Job Title: Registered Nurse

Liberty Senior Living is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our senior living community. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in geriatric nursing and be able to work effectively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and documenting patient information.
  • Lead and supervise nursing assistants and orderlies to ensure efficient and effective care delivery.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct regular rounds to assess patient needs and provide updates to the care team.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Current, valid RN license from the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
  • Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Proven experience in geriatric nursing, with a strong focus on patient-centered care.
  • CPR certification and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
