Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Elevator Maintenance Technician to join our team at ADM's Grand Ledge location.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Load and unload trucks, railcars, and barges
  • Operate heavy machinery, including skidsteers, wheel loaders, and forklifts
  • Perform general housekeeping duties, such as mowing, snow removal, and site cleanup
  • Assist operations personnel, maintenance personnel, and supervisors as needed
  • Operate equipment safely and efficiently
Requirements:
  • Commitment to ADM's goal of achieving a zero injury culture
  • High school education or equivalent
  • Regular and prompt attendance
  • Able to meet physical requirements of the position, including prolonged periods of standing and sitting, working in confined spaces, and lifting up to 50 lbs unassisted
  • Willingness to work shift with variable start time, weekends, holidays, and overtime if needed

As an Elevator Maintenance Technician at ADM, you will have the opportunity to work independently while being flexible enough to work in a team setting when needed. You will also be expected to maintain a professional image at all times and demonstrate a positive and respectful attitude.
