Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Lean Manufacturing

At Deploy Alloy, we are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with a strong background in lean manufacturing to join our executive team and drive our financial strategy in alignment with our operational goals.

Position Overview:

As the CFO, you will oversee the company's financial operations, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and operational efficiency. Your expertise in lean manufacturing will be crucial in implementing financial practices that support cost reduction, process optimization, and sustainable growth. You will collaborate closely with other senior leaders to enhance profitability and operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

-Develop and execute financial strategies that support the company's growth and operational efficiency goals. Provide strategic guidance to the executive team on financial matters and long-term planning.

-Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes. Utilize lean manufacturing principles to identify and implement cost-saving initiatives and improve financial performance.

-Apply lean manufacturing methodologies to streamline financial operations, improve financial processes, and enhance efficiency. Collaborate with operations and production teams to integrate financial and operational strategies.

-Identify financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them. Ensure robust internal controls and compliance with financial regulations and standards.

-Oversee the preparation and presentation of financial reports to the board, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies. Ensure accuracy and transparency in financial reporting and adherence to regulatory requirements.

-Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance team. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and lean thinking within the finance department.

-Serve as the primary point of contact for investors, auditors, and other external stakeholders regarding financial matters. Maintain strong relationships and communicate financial performance and strategy effectively.

-Implement lean principles to monitor and manage operational costs. Drive initiatives to reduce waste, optimize resource utilization, and enhance organizational cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications:

-Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. An MBA or CPA is preferred.

Experience:

Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial management, with at least 5 years in a CFO position. Demonstrated experience in lean manufacturing environments is required.

Skills:

-Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and their application to financial management.

-Proven ability to develop and execute financial strategies that drive operational efficiency and profitability.

-Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

-Strong leadership and team management abilities.

-Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership and external stakeholders.

-Certifications: CPA, CFA, or other relevant financial certifications are a plus.
