Account Executive

Arizona Sports Enterprises is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling advertising, sponsorships, and other revenue-producing opportunities to clients in the college and professional sports industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell advertising, sponsorships, and other revenue-producing opportunities to clients in the college and professional sports industries.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Work closely with the Corporate Sponsorship Director to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
- Conduct industry research to stay up-to-date on market trends and client needs.
- Develop and present sales proposals and pitches to clients.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Three to eight years of sales experience in a related field, preferably in the college and/or pro sports industry.
- Demonstrated track record of outstanding sales achievement and ability to renew and upsell existing clients.
- Exceptional sales skills, including the ability to pitch and close deals up to and beyond six figures.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiastic and creative with the ability to think strategically and tactically.
- Strong understanding of sales compensation plans and ability to navigate compensation issues.
- High level of personal and professional integrity and ethics.
- Strong understanding of and passion for college and professional sports industries.
- Strong computer skills with experience operating in an environment that employs a CRM system and the Microsoft Office suite.
