Job Description

Arizona Sports Enterprises is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling advertising, sponsorships, and other revenue-producing opportunities to clients in the college and professional sports industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell advertising, sponsorships, and other revenue-producing opportunities to clients in the college and professional sports industries.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Work closely with the Corporate Sponsorship Director to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
  • Conduct industry research to stay up-to-date on market trends and client needs.
  • Develop and present sales proposals and pitches to clients.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Three to eight years of sales experience in a related field, preferably in the college and/or pro sports industry.
  • Demonstrated track record of outstanding sales achievement and ability to renew and upsell existing clients.
  • Exceptional sales skills, including the ability to pitch and close deals up to and beyond six figures.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Enthusiastic and creative with the ability to think strategically and tactically.
  • Strong understanding of sales compensation plans and ability to navigate compensation issues.
  • High level of personal and professional integrity and ethics.
  • Strong understanding of and passion for college and professional sports industries.
  • Strong computer skills with experience operating in an environment that employs a CRM system and the Microsoft Office suite.
