Position Overview:
The Retail Signage and Pricing Specialist is tasked with the upkeep and enhancement of signage and displays within the store.
This role is vital in ensuring that customers can easily find products, promotions, and essential information throughout the retail space.
The Specialist collaborates closely with the store manager to improve the visual merchandising of the store and contribute to sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure all signage is precise, visually appealing, and aligns with the store's branding guidelines.
Position signage in designated areas throughout the store, including shelves, display fixtures, stanchion signs, windows, and entryways, adhering to established protocols and standards.
Execute all signage updates on scheduled days for promotional events, markdowns, and new initiatives.Regularly refresh and update signage to reflect current promotions, pricing, product details, and seasonal themes.
Conduct daily inspections of signage to identify any inaccuracies, damage, or missing signs, and promptly rectify any issues to uphold the company's signage standards.
Maintain an organized inventory of signage materials, supplies, and equipment, including ordering new supplies as necessary.Complete any additional tasks assigned by the Store Manager.

Skills:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic retail environment.
Effective communication skills, capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams and taking direction from supervisors.Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required to support store operations.
Reliable transportation.
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Frequently lift items over 25 pounds.
Background check required.
Salary:
$9.50 per hour
