Job Summary:

The Signage Associate is responsible for maintaining and updating signage and displays. They play a crucial role in ensuring that customers can easily locate products, promotions, and important information throughout the store. The Signage Associate works closely with the store manager to enhance the visual presentation of the store and drive sales.

Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Ensure that all signage is accurate, visually appealing, and consistent with the store's messaging guidelines.
  • Place signage in designated areas throughout the store, including on shelves, display fixtures, stanchion sign, windows, and entryways, following established guidelines and standards.
  • Completes all signage changes on required days for all promotional, markdowns and new initiatives.
  • Regularly update and refresh signage to reflect current promotions, pricing, product information, and seasonal themes.
  • Conduct daily audits of signage to identify any discrepancies, damage, or missing signs, and promptly address any issues to maintain the companies signing standards.
  • Maintain an organized inventory of signage materials, supplies, and equipment. Including ordering new supplies as needed.
  • Complete any other tasks assigned by the Store Manager.


Requirements

Skills/Qualifications:
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and take direction from supervisors.
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed to support store operations.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • High school diploma , GED or equivalent work experience.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand for extended hours.
  • Frequently lift items over 25 pounds
  • Background check required


Salary Description

$9.50 per hour
