We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to join our team at Mass General Brigham. As a Phlebotomist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our laboratory services.
Key Responsibilities- Perform phlebotomy services for all clients, adhering to established protocols and procedures.
- Work effectively with a wide range of personalities, technical and support staff, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of medical terminology and laboratory procedures.
- Meet the qualifications and requirements outlined below.
- High School diploma or equivalent required; completion of a phlebotomy course or medical assisting program preferred.
- Valid and current driver's license, with a clean driving record, required.
- 1+ year of phlebotomy experience and demonstrated proficiency in the phlebotomy field preferred.
