Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Forefront Healthcare & Culinary Services. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and Manage Housekeeping Team: Supervise and coordinate the activities of the housekeeping team to ensure that all areas of the facility are clean and well-maintained.
  • Develop and Implement Cleaning Schedules: Create and implement daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules to ensure that all areas of the facility are cleaned and sanitized to the highest standards.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide training and guidance to housekeeping staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
  • Inspect and Monitor Cleaning Standards: Conduct regular inspections to ensure that cleaning standards are being met and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Communicate with Facility Management: Communicate with facility management and other departments to ensure that cleaning schedules and standards are aligned with facility needs.
  • Manage Supplies and Equipment: Order and manage cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure that they are available in adequate quantities.
  • Ensure Compliance with Regulations: Ensure that all cleaning activities are in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience in a housekeeping or facilities management role.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation Knowledge: Strong knowledge of cleaning and sanitation procedures and protocols.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Working Conditions

This is an hourly position that requires working in a fast-paced environment with frequent lifting, bending, and standing. The successful candidate must be able to work independently and as part of a team, and must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
