The ideal candidate will have experience working with complex behavioral health and substance use challenges in a fast-paced social service setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate mental health, emotional, and psychological needs of clients.
  • Develop personalized care plans based on assessment findings, client goals, and best practices.
  • Provide individual, group, and case management services using evidence-based therapeutic techniques and modalities.
  • Respond to clients in immediate distress and provide crisis intervention and support as needed.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate client records, including care plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries.

Requirements

  • 1 year experience providing psychotherapy and case management services working with complex behavioral health and substance use challenges in a fast-paced social service setting.
  • LCSW/ MFT/ LPCC
