Job Responsibilities:- Provide individual, group, and family therapies, as well as case management and consultation services.
- Develop and implement treatment plans that are tailored to the unique needs and strengths of each client and family.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams within the program and with community partners to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation and billing, as well as engage in continuous training and professional development.
- Valid Clinical License within the State of California (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, Psychologist).
- Master's (MA or MS) or PhD degree in social work, psychology, marriage & family therapy, or related health services.
- At least 2 years of direct clinical experience working with children, adolescents, and families.
- Experience providing individual, group, and family therapy, as well as case management and consultation services.
- Comfort and experience providing telehealth services.
- Training in evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Dialectical Behavior therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and/or Family Engagement and Family Therapy.
- Bilingual in Spanish.
