As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide direct therapeutic services to children, adolescents, young adults, and their families, utilizing evidence-based practices and a strength-based approach.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapies, as well as case management and consultation services.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that are tailored to the unique needs and strengths of each client and family.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams within the program and with community partners to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation and billing, as well as engage in continuous training and professional development.
Requirements:
  • Valid Clinical License within the State of California (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, Psychologist).
  • Master's (MA or MS) or PhD degree in social work, psychology, marriage & family therapy, or related health services.
  • At least 2 years of direct clinical experience working with children, adolescents, and families.
  • Experience providing individual, group, and family therapy, as well as case management and consultation services.
  • Comfort and experience providing telehealth services.
Preferred Requirements:
  • Training in evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Dialectical Behavior therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and/or Family Engagement and Family Therapy.
  • Bilingual in Spanish.
