Job Description

We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team at Home of Guiding Hands. As an SLP, you will have the opportunity to work with young children between 0-3 years old who may have developmental delays. Your primary responsibilities will include evaluating children's speech, language, and/or swallowing difficulties, completing intake paperwork, assessments, reports, and treatment plans, and conducting home visits with assigned families to carry out treatment plans and Individual Family Service Plans (IFSPs).

About the Role

This position offers flexible schedules, reimbursement for CEUs and licensing fees, mileage reimbursements, paid sick and vacation time, medical/dental benefits, and 403b retirement plans. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse team of professionals and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Evaluate children's level of speech, language, and/or swallowing difficulty
  2. Complete intake paperwork, assessments, reports, and treatment plans with identified children and their families
  3. Schedule, plan, and conduct home visits with assigned families to carry out treatment plans and IFSP goals
  4. Maintain ongoing communication with families and members of the ID team to coordinate program services
  5. Prepare, collect, and maintain educational information files, records, case notes, and documentation from outside agencies
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $55.00 - $65.00 Hourly and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical/dental benefits, paid sick and vacation time, and 403b retirement plans.
