Pediatric Occupational Therapist Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team at Home of Guiding Hands. As an integral part of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with children aged 0-3 years old who have developmental delays, providing expert therapy and support.

You will be responsible for conducting thorough evaluations, developing personalized treatment plans, and delivering high-quality therapy sessions.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate children's abilities to function and engage in everyday activities and routines.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of client progress and treatment plans.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and continuing education requirements.
- Masters degree in occupational therapy from a program approved by the National Board of Certified Occupational Therapists (NBCOT).
- Current Occupational Therapy license from the State of California Occupational Therapy Board (CBOT).
- Minimum one year of OT experience, preferably in pediatrics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
Work Environment and Physical RequirementsThis position involves working with children and families in their homes and community settings. You will need to be able to lift objects weighing up to ten pounds repeatedly during a shift and have good mobility and stamina.
