We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Manager to lead our pharmacy team and provide exceptional patient care services. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and delivering high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Patient Experience: Provide empathetic and personalized patient care services, including medication counseling, immunizations, and diagnostic testing.
- Operations: Manage the pharmacy's workflow, inventory, and staff to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Leadership: Supervise and develop the skills of pharmacy staff, including training, coaching, and performance management.
- Business Acumen: Analyze performance data, identify trends, and implement strategies to improve pharmacy performance and profitability.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD from an accredited institution.
- Licensure: Current pharmacist licensure in the states within the district.
- Experience: At least 1 year of pharmacy experience, including prescription filling, recordkeeping, and pharmacy operations.
