1. Supervision and Leadership:
Lead and manage a team of 3-10 housekeeping staff, providing guidance and training on custodial practices and the safe operation of cleaning equipment. Conduct regular inspections to uphold quality control and safety standards.

2. Cleaning and Maintenance:
Perform custodial duties including cleaning and stocking restrooms, lobbies, offices, and classrooms. Utilize industrial cleaning equipment for tasks such as vacuuming, floor maintenance, and furniture polishing.

3. Utility Management:
Assist with building access and event setups, ensuring that all areas are prepared for use. Report any irregularities in the work environment promptly.

4. Equipment Maintenance:
Maintain custodial equipment and work areas in an organized and clean manner. Conduct minor repairs and ensure all tools are properly stored after use.

5. Safety Compliance:
Adhere to local, state, and federal regulations regarding safety and chemical usage. Participate in training sessions to stay informed about best practices in custodial services.


Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. A valid driver's license is required. Previous experience in housekeeping and team leadership is advantageous.

Working Conditions:
This position may involve exposure to various environmental conditions, including extreme weather and cleaning chemicals. Physical demands include lifting, climbing, and operating equipment for extended periods.
