Key Responsibilities- Event Execution: Prepare to and serve event guests in a timely and engaged manner, adhering to established procedures and training.
- Guest Service: Greet guests and respond to requests in a friendly and courteous manner, bringing hospitality to every interaction.
- Food Safety and Cleanliness: Always follow food safety and cleanliness procedures, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our guests.
- Teamwork: Communicate professionally and efficiently with coworkers and guests, working collaboratively to achieve exceptional results.
- Adaptability: Be flexible and proactive in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities.
- Positive Attitude: Possess a positive approach to work tasks and a strong work ethic.
- Communication Skills: Be able to communicate effectively in the predominant language of our guests.
- Physical Demands: Be able to move efficiently and safely through event spaces, lifting and carrying items up to 50 pounds as needed.
- Uniform and Grooming Standards: Always adhere to company uniform and grooming standards.
- Competitive Pay: Hourly pay rate within the pay range of $15-$20 per hour based on skill set or experience.
- Tip Pool Participation: Participation in the all-company tip pool.
- Flexible Schedule: Flexible work schedule to accommodate a variety of event settings.
